Loan Agreement on construction the Unit 7 was signed
At the Summit Initiative 16+1 in Budapest , on November 27th, 2017 , was signed a Loan agreement for financing the project of construction Unit 7- 450 MW at thermal power plant „Tuzla“
The signing of the Loan Agreement were attended by 16 Prime Ministers of Central-Eastern Europe countries and Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China.
The value of the Loan Agreement for construction Unit 7 amount to EUR 722 million.
Chinese Bank EXIM will finance the construction of Unit 7 with credit amounting to 613 million Eur, with previously agreed terms that imply the Loan duration of 20 years and 5 years of grace period.
The representatives of JP Elektroprivreda BiH at Summit were: Bajazit Jašarević, General manager; dr.Senad Salkić, Executive manager for capital investment; Muhamed Ražanica, Executive manager for commercial affairs; Edib Bašić, Advisor to General manager and Goran Milošević, Secretary of the Company.
For the Loan Agreement signed for credit line for financing project for construction Unit 7 - 450 MW at TPP Tuzla is required approvals of FBiH Parliament and the Assembly of JP Elektroprivreda BiH.
JP Elektroprivreda BiH will continue intensive activities for obtaining Guarantees of Federation BiH also refer the loan agreement in the parliamentary procedure.
